Ordered a 5ft tree for my neighbour. She got it delivered today - and it's hardly 3ft. Plus it does not have the stand. Or the decorations promised. What use is a Xmas tree without a stand?

Not all accessories were sent.
Not all accessories were delivered- Santa's, drums were missing. There were no strings to hang the accessories sent. Over priced.
