I understand the idea behind the book but everything is full of general and common places and explanations so I’m missing that breakthrough “Aha” moment that would make it special.Still it’s not total waste of time if you give it a try

I’m not yet finished the book but I’m over half way through and I absolutely love this book! There’s so much useful information. I’ve been implementing what I’ve read in this book in my practice and honestly I feel like it’s helped me get deeper into my yoga and meditation practices! A must have!

Era da tempo che volevo comprarlo e alla fine me lo sono portato in viaggio. Anche se alle volte sembra dire cose scontate fornisce diversi spunti di riflessione utili anche per i praticanti esperti. Mi è piaciuto molto.

One of the best books on yoga.

It's not a book about learning how to do asanas, but about how to go deeper in your Yoga practice, on and off the mat. It's a beautiful book, easy to read, full of things we need to learn or just remember. Highly recommendable. Baron Baptiste is a great teacher and knows how to communicate what he wants to say.
