Initially I thought I would be able to give this product and merchant an exceptional rating, however. Product was received quickly and as described, unfortunately upon my first use of the product my fingers went through the tip of the mitt, due to defective stitching. I was very disappointed since it did an excellent job of exfoliating. When I advised the company of what had happened they were very apologetic and offered to send me not one but two new mitts for my inconvenience. Accordingly I initially gave them a great review not only for their effective product but outstanding customer service as well. Well three weeks later and I've gotten nothing from them; no product, no email, nothing. As I refuse to pay them for another potentially defective item, I utilized my amateur sewing skills and was able to stitch together the fabric so the mitt would be useable, pictures are shown above. I don't know which was more disappointing, the poor product quality or the sense that I was deceived by the company's customer service area. In any case I will use my current mitt for as long as it last, but I will definitely not be purchasing from them again. Buyer Beware...

The product description says a lot but the prodyxt is too harsh on skin

Please note: This product is not supposed to be soft or moisturizing!This scrubber is perfect for exfoliating all but the face. I got interested in these type of items after reading about scrubbing being a thing at some bath houses in eastern Asia and decided to see if I could use it to help with skincare (I abhor regiments). I'm ridiculously happy with the results. I don't use a ton of force, since it is a rough material (as it should be), and just a few circles in both directions with intermittent washing off of the cloth (I spread a small to medium drop of shower gel on it to wash as I exfoliate) is enough to get off all of my dead skin. As a result, my skin is softer and I get the added plus of having my ingrown hairs exfoliated out before they become a problem.I really love this product.

This will definitely exfoliate. It almost hurts a little bit, but despite that, my skin doesn’t seem to be irritated or inflamed after use. I especially like it for maintaining the skin on the heels of my feet.The mitt is textured kind of like sandpaper...but rubbery, on both sides.It fits snugly around my wrist, and doesn’t slip off mid-use, though it is a small hassle to get on when it’s wet.
