Worth it!
Great feel of typewriter and fully satisfying for the price. However, seems to work slightly quicker with PC thank Macbook when connected by USB.

Really pretty but didn't work, terrible customer service
I bought a new keyboard for the first time in 17 years. For 17 years I used the same keyboard, through every one of my builds. Decided it was time to get a new one even though the other one was still working, and wanted something NICE. So I spent $300 on a new keyboard that was made of wood and aluminum. When it first arrived I couldn't get Windows to recognize it. Strangely, although it says that it comes preconfigured for Windows, I had to change out the Apple keys that were pre-installed. (In hindsight it makes me wonder if maybe this was a return and they just put it back into stock).Isn't it supposed to be plug and play? After much plugging and unplugging and even googling to see if I was being dumb (I've worked in IT for 20+ years, SURELY I CAN INSTALL A USB KEYBOARD??) I finally got it to work as a keyboard. But this keyboard was possessed. Keys would "stick" - even keys that weren't pressed! I'd be mousing around the screen and all of the sudden things are acting weird and oh that looks like the Ctrl key is depressed so I'd hit it again and it would stop. For a bit. Then it would be the 'k' key, then the spacebar.I went over every key, carefully making sure that they were broken in and not sticking, but to no avail. After a few days, when keyboard input was required, I'd feel anxiety, and sure enough, things would go wrong. So, I contacted their customer support. Even typing that message was a nightmare. I ended up connected my trusty 17 year old Saitek keyboard. A day and a half later someone answered and said "Oh I'm sorry to hear that give me your name and the purchase information and we can get started with warranty" .. I didn't really want to wait around for a warranty situation but... it was SO SO PRETTY. I wanted to keep it. I wanted to forgive it. Maybe I've just got a lemon and a new one will work properly? Alas, that was three days ago and nobody has answered my warranty request.I know this game. This is the "we'll wait until it's too long to warranty it" game. I paid $300 freakin bucks for a premium keyboard and out of the box it sucked. Fully malfunctioned. Unusable. And I'd received enough of a reply to know that I'd made contact, but then communication dropped off. What a shame.Went to a local electronics retailer and bought a Razer off the shelf for $79 and it works like a hot diggity and it, too, looks really pretty. Not hand crafted out of wood and aluminum pretty, but it does this fire effect with the back lighting that looks really cool and it cost less than a third of the price .... and .... it works. Return is already in the mail. Too bad. I understand that sometimes there's problems with products but at this price point you'd expect customer service to want to help - they did not. Perhaps my email is buried down their inbox behind a wave of other dissatisfied customers. My hope is that someone at Azio reads this and gets it together - they've got a really nice product, but when a keyboard can't keyboard, it's not a keyboard and no matter how nice the materials, it's just a pile of suck.

Beauty must suffer - but this keyboard is gorgeous!
If you're like me you don't know what way to jump after reading the mixed reviews. Hope this helps! This keyboard is GORGEOUS. This keyboard is the envy of many who see it. If you love steampunk this is incredible. And the cost to this beauty and bragging rights? It's not super easy to use...The keys are kinda loud, and wobble a bit. (Larger keys wobble more.) For me the biggest adjustment is the space bar must be pressed close to the center; the single button dead center under the bar, so if you just hit space with one thumb (like I do) there is an adjustment required and the odd missed stroke. I wonder why they didn't have two activators under the bar.Battery seems to be draining quickly (for a keyboard), 20% in two days so far, I haven't drained to 0% yet.I've been able to connect to three devices with BT easily, and switch between them. Not certain how USB connection works - sometimes it does and sometimes just charges. But if you love style at the cost of some functionality - go for it! For me I'm happy to suck up and adjust to the above quibbles because this keyboard looks SO cool.

Great aesthetic with a lot of flaws.
Update after almost 2 years:And it's dead. Honestly I wanted to love this keyboard but it has too many flaws. Plastic keys that stick, Bluetooth that regularly disconnects and poor power management. All that and it died less than two years on. Rating dropped to 2 stars.------Original:As noted by other reviewers here and on amazon.com the aesthetic is fantastic. It's a great to type on and definitely has the sound of an old school typewriter. Its solidly built and thus far I have not found typing on it causes me fatigue. I am only giving it 4/5 due to three reasons though:1. The plastic keys do feel a bit cheap when compared to the rest of the keyboard.2. To level it I have to set the left spacer a bit lower than it's lock position as otherwise it wobbles. Its a very minor frustration, yet as its not locked, I find I have to periodically have to re-level when I move the keyboard.3. I have found that a couple of the keys stick a bit, especially the space bar. I exclusively use my right thumb for spaces and I've noticed that hitting the key to the right at times causes it to stick.Overall I am happy with the purchase and haven't been surprised by anything.

Muy recomendable!
Me encantó!!

Gorgeous.
This is not a gaming keyboard. What it is: a typists dream. Anyone who writes at any length daily would appreciate this, as long as the aesthetic suits you.The quality is amazing, the key response is perfect. It might take an hour to get used to the Typewriter style key layout but after you get the hang of it typos decrease from standard laptop keyboard dramatically. There are beautiful mechanicals clicks as you flow through sentences and the fit and finish is top notch, it works with Mac flawlessly. The price is high but it seems worth it with the materials used and the warranty included.I liked it so much I bought the mouse and wrist rest as well. I get a lot of complements on the set up.If this is your style I highly recommend.
