Doesn’t hold a lot
Fit was great but it doesn’t hold a full bladder’s worth of urine.

Game changer
This review is for the low rise. I have a bladder prolapse that I can’t afford surgery for. I’ve tried many things on the market. I don’t want to look like I’m wearing a diaper. I’m still a pretty active woman and like to wear stylish clothing. Most of the time I do OK with pads. But, if I have a cold or an asthma flareup, pads don’t absorb the gush from coughing. All of the other panty products are way too bulky and diaper like, including the regular Always panties. Not comfortable and definitely show through pants. These are thin, light and clothlike. I have tried both the regular and low rise styles. I prefer the low rise, which aren’t super low, more like the level of midrise jeans. This is because I have a bit of a tummy. The regular waist ones roll down under my flab and make an uncomfortable roll there. These I can get under my tummy without excess bulk. Also, I’m average height but short waisted/short torso. So that might be part of my fitting issue. I wanted to offer a tip to other ladies who might have the problem with occasional big gushes. These will hold it. But, not so comfortable once they’ve absorbed a larger amount and also I fear leakage. But, being panties, to change them requires taking off your pants and shoes, which is especially annoying in winter clothes. What I have discovered is that there’s a perfect amount of room between the ruffly clothlike stuff that holds in the leaks to fit a pad. That way, if you’re out all day, you can pull the pad out and still have clean protection on without getting undressed. If you stick the full length of the pad to the inside, it pulls away the lining when it’s removed. What works is to tear off just a little piece of the backing at the top of the pad, then stick that near the waistband and smooth the rest into place without removing the backing from the adhesive. The pad can then be removed without ripping out the lining of the pantry. It’s just not easy carrying around an extra pair of these and trying to change in a public bathroom. If you don’t get gushes, these are absolutely perfect for catching dribbles and keeping you clean and dry. If you’re home or in another environment where it’s not a problem to change the whole panty if it gets too wet, they work as is. I just often find myself having a cough at the most inconvenient times and places. For those considering these for postpartum, I really wish they had these when I was having babies. They’re perfect and will hold up overnight. If you had a C-section, the low rise style will probably not come up to your incision. These are a little pricier than other brands. But, the fit, the feel and the absorbency really make them worthwhile. You’ll forget you’re wearing them until the need arises.

life changing
I was amazed at how comfortable the underwear is.it's more like wearing real panties VS the very cumbersome, humiliating ones I've been wearing.I used to feel like everyone could see the bulges in my clothes. Just my imagination...but these will help me feel less self-conscious about the issue I am dealing with. These panties do not have all the deep crevices, lumps and bumps the old ones have.I am so thankful my friend told me about this brand.

Too big
The large is too small and the XLarge is too big.
