Read before purchasing! It’s helpful
I purchased the coconut that smells really good, but definitely not a strong smell. You will sweat and it’s helpful with a workout slimming belt. I purchased the Sweet Sweat arm bands and the Flex Belt to use in conjunction to this enhancer. I’ve used for 2 months and notice a slight difference after using it. Drink lots of water afterwards, because you will definitely sweat. Wipe off with a towel before showering. It comes off easier that way.
