Mermaid glitter!
Gorgeous body glitter; this stuff is what MADE my mermaid costume! You'll definitely want to get some makeup glitter glue (I used the NYX one) to get it to stick, but it does stay put! I found glitter for months all over the place after Halloween though, be warned.
