I dont know? I assume it is not, since it says extra virgin, cold pressed, unrefined! If it is hydrogenated then it has been refined! And it says it is unrefined! It is 39 cents an ounce. I now buy Happy Belly organic virgin coconut oil. Only because it comes in smaller jars. It is a more expensive at 56 or 46 cents an ounce, depending on the 15oz or 30 oz size. It also says NON-HYDROGENATED

Q: Is this good for oil pulling?

You'll need a spoon or a measuring cup to scoop up the oil.
