2 Pack | Color: Orange How the calming collar works: Calming collar imitates matemal pheromones that reassure pets. Pets remember and respond to the pheromones througahout their lives. This simulates the natural way pets cope with anxiety and stress. Unfold the collar and fasten it comfortably around your pet's neck. Cut off the excess tape. Attentions: Keep away from children when not in use, and excessive handling of the pet should be followed by handwashing. Store in the sealed package of the manufacturer, in a dry, protected from direct sunlight place.

Skin trouble and lost hair
This doesn’t do anything at all on my cat. Instead my cat lost all his hair from where the collar is and exposed his pinkish skin. It made him so itchy that left scabs and wounds around his neck. It made him so uncomfortable. Worst product I have ever bought.

Did not work
I can see no difference at all. The collars don't seem to have even the slightest effect on any of my cats. Unfortunately wasted my money on this product.

Cured our kitty anxiety!
Holy. Cow. I bought these for a very anxious and vocal cat, hoping it would help maybe just a little...it’s like day and night. He’s SO relaxed and hasn’t made a peep since I put it on! If you have a cat that never stops meowing, try this! I love him to death but I couldn’t take it anymore and I felt so bad that he was always so anxious and that nothing I did for him seemed to help. It has a pleasant scent, like lavender/essential oil. I was worried the collar itself would be too thick for his little neck but it’s not bulky or awkward. His sister got one too and it calmed her enough that it made me realize she probably had some anxiety I didn’t recognize before, she’s been much more relaxed and friendly. We’re a much happier family now!

Crazy Cats have been tamed
We have two cats - a male and a female. Our male cat gets aggressive in the fall when the weather changes and he scratches and fights with the other cat, esp. over food. Our vet recommended these to ease the fighting, scratching furniture and also some hair loss due to stress. These were easy to put on, and they smell really nice. Both cats simmered down within a day or two. The difference in the male cat was dramatic - he was super calm and sleepy and wasn't even meowing like crazy at mealtime. After a few more days he was more himself (not so sleepy) but overall there is less fighting and aggression with the other cat.

Non break-away. My cat almost died!
These are the same as every other calming collar, so it’s not that these are sub-par in comparison. They’re fine for what they are. But just a warning: like all the others, they aren’t break-away. My cat almost died because of one of these. When I came home from work one day, I found her with her jaw stuck under the collar. She was covered in drool and blood from struggling to free herself, probably for hours. I immediately cut it off of her (she’s ok now.) NEVER AGAIN! DON’T EVER BUY NON-BREAKAWAY COLLARS!

Did not work AT ALL :(
My 2 boys were neutered 4 wks ago & are still attacking one another due to the hormones still lingering in their bodies. Since it takes approx 2 months before the hormones are completely out of their bodies, I was looking for something to help calm them down. So, I bought these. It is a great value for $ It smells nice and isn't overbearing. I also purchased a calming humidifiefer too. As crazy as it may seem, they became more aggressive with each other and the other males??! I tried it for 2 weeks and sadly removed it and trashed it. Some reviews here said it worked for their cats, so I bought it. So, would I recommend it? No.

Good product but safety concern
Bought collars from reading reviews. Came in, got them on said kitties ( cats ). Couple days on, they're still good.... until today. My 8 month fur baby, got it stuck up under his chin & both front teeth went through the collar....... it was scary as sin for both of us! Now my other fur baby ( 8yrs old ) has one on him and it's snug enough not to do this. Please beware if you buys these to tighting these up to at least to 1-2 fingers or whatever it's comfortable to your pet. This could of happened with any other calming collar. Just trying to give a heads up that this could happen if not properly on, whichever brand you buy.
