WARN 102300 Winch Accessory: Hook Stay and Fairlead Backing Plate with License Plate Mounting Bracket for Jeep Gladiator JT & Wrangler JL, Red

I went with the synthetic line on my new winch so this product makes sense for me. I like the appearance of this system better that linking to one of my shackles. Nice clean mount keeps stuff looking organized. Thumbs up on their design. I returned a different brand that had edges that could cut into the rope.

Bends on tightening the line even slightly. The plate hanger attaches loosely and may fall out. There are no alternatives so had to keep it.

Like others have reported it will bend when you tighten the winch line. I was trying to be careful and still managed to bend the horn you loop the winch line around, had to loosen it and use a rubber mallet to beat it back then try again, took 3 efforts to get it to tighten and not bend the hook. Not happy with the gaps on both ends, does not fit snug to the bumper.

Fits!! Interesting function with the plate bracket. I used some rubber window trim behind the license bracket to dampen some movement and noise.
