I received mine with my phrase engraved on the product. It was so beautiful and I received alot of compliments. It arrived on time like promised. Later I might buy another for my next party. I used it has a wine chiller? So people could grab whatever wine they needed. It was a perfect height. It didn't rust when we accidentally left it outside in the rain.Great quality product the engraving was simply outstanding!!

I bought this as a gift for my cousin and his wife and gave it to them just after Thanksgiving. They do a lot of entertaining thru the holidays and they just loved it. I got the hammered stainless steel one and had it personalized with their wedding date. Since no double walled one offered in this size, with a stand, I suggested they caulk the interior with silicone and also sent a beautiful red velour towel to go around the bottom to catch any condensation. Needless to say this makes a beautiful display for their beautiful home. The stainless steel is hammered with a mirrored polish. Just stunning.

I would never recommend this product. I received it on time, but when I got it out of the box, the quality of the wine bucket, and the personalization both looked incredibly cheap. First of all for all those out there getting their item personalized, it is just stickers. They look incredibly cheap and easily peel at the corners. For anyone that’s has a cricut machine you could do what they did and make it look nicer. I’m so disappointed in the appearance of this item and wish I had never purchased it. Unfortunately, it is not returnable so I am stuck with it. I had ordered it for a friend for her birthday and will not be giving it to her.

As I said above it was nice but a little disappointed in the sticker and difference in price. Just expected it to be more. The personalization is a sticker which was already coming off. Also I saw the same one at Home Goods for $20.! ( paid almost $60)

I am satisfied. Thought it was a little bigger and also thought the Monogram was gonna be stamped into the bucket, turns out just a sticker! And my reeds were upsidedown!
