Great toy. Got this for my 18yo son who was obsessed with Daddy’s tools. Great for motor development, problem solving and imaginative play. BUT. The clear plastic drill bit is detachable- horrible design choice. It falls out pretty frequently, especially if your kid is like mine and carries it wherever he goes. Constantly losing and trying to find the drill bit. The drill is useless without it and causes great frustration. Renders the toy uninteresting. My advice: if you buy this set, superglue the drill bit to the drill BEFORE you hand it over to your child.**We lost the clear drill bit. I tried contacting the company to buy a replacement for the drill bit and they were unresponsive. Hugely disappointed. I’m not going to repurchase this set just for the drill bit. Since it is something my son loved, we will be finding a different set.**

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I got this for my almost 3yo to work on her motor skills but her older sisters also took turns playing with the drill set. The drill is easy to use and has different settings for screwing and unscrewing the bolts. We did have to help her sometimes to keep the bolts straight but she could mostly do this on her own (and she’s not quite 3). It was so cute to see my toddler work the drill and say “I did it!” once she finished screwing in a bolt. She didn’t follow the suggested designs but still enjoys the satisfaction of using the drill. You can also use your hands to screw and unscrew if your younger toddler wants to and that still works on building motor skills 🙌🏻The product is well made, sturdy and colorful. And I think it’s a great gift idea- especially for 3 to 5yo’s. My 8yo daughter and cousin also enjoyed playing with the drill. I’d like to think it’s also helping them work on real life skills since they’ll one day need to know how to use a drill 😂 It would be nice to have some simpler patterns to follow for the younger ones but that didn’t really affect her play. Overall, I’m pleased with the toy and definitely plan to gift these as presents.

I got this for my 4 year old who's shown recent interest in tools, but whose fine motor skills can use some strengthening. He opened the package on his own and got to work as soon as I placed the batteries in the drill. He played with it for hours. His 8 yr old sister and cousins 9 and 12 yrs old couldn't help but hover and begged to take turns drilling in a few screws at a time. It's a simple toy with short, concise instructions. He had so much fun pretending to work with power tools like his dad and in the end, he proudly displayed the patterns he made. Between extreme concentration to figure out patterns and hold the screws in place and drill upright, he had so much to say while playing. He counted, called out colors, and explained to his sister and cousins "how to" step by step. He's even made his own original creations! Awesome toy to enforce play based learning. And as the organizer in the house, I love the carrying case to hold it all together.

This is the second non working toy drill that I’ve bought. I live in Mexico and come every month to the states to pick up Amazon boxes. Unfortunately I’m now past the item return date and am left with a two broken red drills. Luckily I bought a separate blue one and that one turned out to be working fine so my son still managed to have fun. Would have been nice to have the red one working since it looks just like dad’s drill.

Very cute toy! HOWEVER brand new batteries only last 15 minutes. I replaced them with more new batteries and the same thing happened. I don’t want to be buying batteries constantly so I will return this item.

My 2 year old struggled a bit to figure out how to get his hands around the drill, but eventually he figured it out. He loves this toy. The drill does make a sound when it's in use. It's not obnoxious, but it's also not silent either (not sure silence is really a reasonable expectation for a drill). The biggest downside is that although the drill has a reverse function (you could theoretically unscrew with the drill, in addition to screwing in) my kid doesn't have the fine motor skills to do that, which means a grown up has to help unscrew all of the screws once he screws them in. Great for a kid who likes tools or wants to help when mom or dad uses tools. I would buy these again.

This is a great starter drilling toy for little hands to learn hand-eye coordination, patterning, fine motor skills and creativity. The drill fits nicely in a little hands and the forward and reverse switch is intuitive. Even younger kids like my toddler can use their hands to screw in the bolts. The book comes with several fun patterns kids can follow, but they can create anything they imagine! I love the open-ended play pattern and most of all, the fact that I can store everything inside the bucket. It will definitely be a go-to toy to bring on vacations. A perfect gift for Easter and a companion on your spring break!

I’m pretty frustrated about this one. When it arrived the screw on the drill’s battery compartment was stripped already, somehow? With a pocket knife I was somehow able to open it to put batteries in but it was impossible to screw closed again because the way the batteries go in, the spring is pushing against the little door so without a working screw holding it closed, even with duct tape, the door pushed open and the drill won’t work. Useless. I got this and another kit at the same time for my twins and now I have one crying kid because there’s only one working drill. I’m returning immediately

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Es un juguete muy bonito, con buena intención y que puede gustar mucho a los niños, pero tiene algún problemilla con el taladro.A mi hijo de 5 años le ha encantado, viene todo en un maletín cajita, la caja no tiene nada para que se quede cerrada del todo, solo va super puesta, por lo que si no lo colocas bien se puede salir todo.La tapa tiene agujeritos en los que puedes ir atornillando los tornillos de colores. Los materiales son buenos, de plástico rígido y con buenos acabados.Para poner los tornillos tenemos un atornillador eléctrico con dos funciones, atornillar y desatornillar y aquí es donde empiezan los problemas. Lleva 3 pilas AAA, en un compartimento atornillado. A los 10 minutos de usar mi hijo el atornillador dejó de funcionar, cambiamos las pilas y nada, no funcionaba. Finalmente mi marido decidió abrirlo para ver si las pilas no hacían contacto, y efectivamente era un problema de una pequeña pletina metálica que no hacía contacto, lo arregló en un momento y otra vez teníamos el juguete como nuevo.Pero al día siguiente al ir a jugar mi hijo, después de dos tornillos de nuevo la función de desatornillar no iba bien, no tiene fuerza, atornillar si va sin problema. Hemos cambiado las pilas y vuelve a pasar lo mismo no dura nada y empieza a quedarse sin fuerza esa función.Creo que con algunas mejoras en el motor y las conexiones con las pilas sería un juguete de 10. Es una pena, porque el juguete es bonito y a mi hijo le ha encantado.

Se trata de un "taladro atornillador" eléctrico a pilas que viene con un juego de tornillos en un cubo que sirve tanto para almacenarlo todo como para usar la tapa como zona de juego y atornillar ahí las piezas.Como puntos negativos,- Me llamó la atención una caja tan grande para las pocas piezas que vienen, la caja podría haber tenido la mitad de tamaño sin problema y aun así sobraría espacio. Es algo que seguramente se haga por marketing pero cuando abres la caja decepciona un poco ver tan poca cosa.- La calidad de los acabados deja que desear, el taladro suele dar problemas en el compartimento de las pilas, si se te pierde la punta transparente te has quedado sin taladro -algo no muy descabellado en el caso de un niño pequeño- y los tornillos a veces entran trasroscados.Como puntos fuertes:- No tiene un precio excesivo, digamos que está acorde con la calidad.- A mi pequeña le ha encantado, y eso que acaba de cumplir los 3 años! Se ha pasado toda la tarde atornillando y desatornillando en la tapa (y en otros juguetes de construcción similares) ...Resumiendo: La verdad es que no está mal, pero tampoco tiene una calidad como para tirar cohetes. Visto lo visto pensaba darle 3 estrellas -especialmente por los problemas que presenta (aunque son fáciles de reparar)-, pero se lo ha pasado tan bien jugando con el que lo subo a 4 estrellas.

Lo cogi para mi sobrino. Es increíble que un juguete tan sencillo entretenga tanto a un niño.Una vez que se lo di, se puso la mar de contento, le encanta construir y tiene su kit de herramientas de juguete, aunque dice que son como las de su abuelo, jejeje.El cubo me parece de una talla ideal porque es lo suficientemente grande para que lo puedan coger y atornille en la tapa. Lo que me ha parecido poco son las piezas, me esperaba más. Vienen muy bien, sin aristas y de plástico duro. El taladro va a pilas, las cuales no incluye, pero bueno. Se maneja bien para las manos de un niño pequeño.Dan ganas de atornillar y desatornillar uno mismo. Relaja.Mi valoracion es de 4⭐, ya que he echado de menos que vinieran más piezas.Si te ha ayudado mi valoracion, dame un "útil ", lo agradeceré.

Aparenta un juguete con el que el niño va a pasar un rato muy entretenido atornillado y desatornillando. Pero el taladro tarda de atornillar más de lo que la paciencia de un niño pequeño aguanta. Por lo que para niños de 3 y 4 años no lo veo recomendable. Quizá con 6 años, si le gusta hacer manualidades y estar entretenido con el mismo oficio, es un buen juguete.Sin embargo, a mí me gusta atornillar y desatornillar los coloridos tornillos. Al igual que algunas personas se compran jardines zen y se pasan unos minutos rastrillando la gravilla, para desconectar un poco.
