Is the color exact same as shown? Sky blue yellow green red? Or like some reviewers complaining different as shown?

I didn't receive a red car. I got a black one instead and the green was more of a British Racing Green instead of a Kelly green. I believe the yellow was more of a lighter color as well (can't remember, my husband took them to work!). I was perfectly fine with having different colors than the picture and I believe the description said the colors wouldn't necessarily come as shown. I did not find this to be a huge deal.

Yes! Die cast, very durable, I bought for my 2 years old grandson, he had these cars for more than a year now.

Why are these listed as age 8 and up in the product information?

My best guess is because of the fact that the car doors open up and there might be a concern about small parts that little ones often like to put in their mouths.
