Appears flimsy at first, gets the job done and holds up better than expected
very light weight yet strong. was slower to get hot than more expensive ones I have used. used on porcelain tile and they did the job well. Unlike some of the other drill bits, these were not overly encrusted with diamonds. The trade off: Less durability, higher precision in hole diameter.

Works Well on Terracotta
This bit was a great value because it performed exactly as I had hoped. I used the bit to drill a hole to insert a spigot into a terracotta planter. The pot will be used with a rainchain to collect and divert roof runoff water. I used a regular handheld drill on fast speed at first to make an indentation into the pot and then I used slow speed to drill the hole. I poured water over the area about every 5 seconds to keep the pot from cracking. I found the bit easy to use because I didn't even have to press hard with the drill and I have small hands and am not partcularly strong. The hole (lol) process took less than five minutes and the bit seems barely worn. In the pictures, the worn bit is on the left. I used size 25mm for a 1 inch hole but had to enlarge the hole slightly because of the threads on the spigot; the 26mm bit would have worked better. I think I got my money's worth.

OK for a few holes
These work great for 1 or 2 holes but after that, they get really dull & don't work

Great price for a great product!
I do a lot of shower safety bars and I normally Buy name brand like Milwaukee which is about $45 a piece. I wanted to give these a shot and I am definitely impressed. I drilled about 16 holes with one and I could probably drill more. I really did not expect something to do that well with a price like that for not just one but two. I definitely recommend if you are drilling through tile in a shower. Great product and I do recommend!

Does the job
I brought this for a specific job, cutting hole for shower valve control and it worked great, just keep adding a little water and it's like butter on porcelain with minimal dust. It can be hard to start because it wants to jump around, what I did was use a dremmel diamond tip bit and scored the tile where I was gonna drill, then I started with this bit at 45 degrees and went slowly to perpendicular

Works (for DIY) but would be better if it was taller.
This diamond drill bit works okay for DIY projects, but it feels more like a one-time-use tool. It was able to drill about 90% of the hole in my quartz countertop, but couldn’t finish it because the countertop thickness was slightly greater than the height of the bit. It would be better if the bit were made a little taller to handle materials of all sizes but I believe it might work better for glass. For light, occasional DIY tasks it’s okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for repeated or heavy-duty use. Tip: It’s probably better to buy a 2-piece set if possible. That way you’ll have a backup to finish the job, since this type of bit can wear out quickly during drilling.

Good value. Nice clean hole drilled through terra cotta pots.
Did the trick drilling out a larger diameter hole in the base of terra cotta pots. Spray painted the exterior of the pots, flipped them upside down, and inserted solar-powered tiki torches in them and it works and looks just fine. Use a drill press and a small amount of water while drilling, drill down very slowly... and ALWAYS wear safety glasses! Very good value.

Diamond Core Bits - Perfect for glass!
These work perfectly for drilling holes in glass that is 1/4" thick. In only a minute, it's through the glass. These bits are a big improvement over carbide bits. I use a small container with a piece of wood in the bottom, filled with enough water to cover the glass in order to help cool the drill bit and prevent cracking.

Muy conforme con el desempeño
Funcionan bien. Hay que utilizarlas con mucha lubricación. Aun así practicamente son para una o dos ocaciones maximo.
