Not sure what you mean by 'the new complete mach 3 razor', but they do fit the mach 3 turbo handle.

Mach 3 vs. PowerGlide?

I personally prefer the PowerGlide blade, however, the Mach 3 is a very good blade in itself. It comes down to dollars and cents, so I use the Mach 3 and very happy with it.

Does this product have razor handle too ?
