The price not deserve the quality

hella freaking sharp, and super comfortable to hold.wanted to practice chopping vegetables Julien and thin sliced fast thats why I wanted a nice knife, but I can't afford to buy a nice expensive wustof. this was only 30 dollars and its already a nice 8 inch blade. super ergonomic. so far, it has been a blast using this amazing knife, I don't need to buy a nakiri to feel like im doing good lol

Comes in that plastic with a hole in the top that needs to be cut through with shears, for the price it merits a case. It is also bent, which seems a tad bizarre for a forged blade. So I finally found a brand name I thought I was familiar with and am somewhat disappointed. However the feel of it is nice, not sure if I am going to keep it. Note the diagram is incorrect, it is 8 inches to the outside edge of the bolster, a little over 7.5 inches of actual blade length.

Noticed that the chef’s knife was actually made in China unlike my previous knife which was manufactured in Germany. It will be interesting to see how long it maintains it’s sharpness.

I have had the same Henckel chef knife for over 30 years. I know how to take care of knives. I do not leave them in water for example. These seem prone to rust spots.very lightweight and sharp.
