Q: Can this be used as an oil drip mat in the parking lot??

I guess it could be. It is a low nap mat which could probably trap smaller oil spots/leaks.

Q: What is the backing material made of? i have lvp flooring, i can not use anything with rubber or latex.

I'm not sure what the backing is made of, but it isn't very sticky on my laminate floor. It slides around pretty easily, but does the job of trapping the litter.

Q: This question is for the manufacturer, please. My cat is in chemotherapy treatment and he got pee on ours. Can this be washed in hot water?

My cat is diabetic and every now and then he would pee on it… I would just hose off and use a mild detergent to clean it and let sit in the sun to dry.
