very helpful stories and info to help others whose children have left home - the chicken soup books are always a great read

As a professional organizer who hasn't been through the empty nesting phase of my life, I found it very helpful to read about different perspectives of the empty nesters and the child leaving the nest. My only experience with this is when we moved to a new city and I stayed behind to finish college and take certification exams. My 2 babies and husband went on ahead of me. I swear I could hear my children and thought the silence would kill me - thank goodness a few of their items were still in the house, so I could touch them.
