Exactly as described

This webbing is just the right thickness for making sturdy straps for tote bags. I do wish it came in a 3/4 inch width, however, because the fabric for my straps had to be cut at 5 to 5 1/4 inches wide to accommodate the 1 inch width. I prefer to use less fabric. I did try cutting the webbing to a smaller size but I was not satisfied with the result so decided to use it as is.

This was perfect for my tote bag kits but there was only 23 1/4 yards instead of 25 like it says in the description. It was disappointing that I didn't have enough for everyone in my tote bag class. I had to make do with some other cloth that I had on hand for one of my participants.

I looked at reviews for white cotton webbing and many people said and showed pictures of a rusty nail that made marks thru their whole roll of webbing. This product had all good reviews. But when I opened my package of webbing, there was a nail holding the end! Slowly I pulled the nail out and looked at several layers of the webbing, and to my relief, there was NOT rusty nail marks! Just as advertised and delivered on time.

Better than expected, will definitely order again. For me personally, I've that the ends, when cut into strapping, could be lightly melted. That was a bonus for me. It is much nicer quality than any other cotton (or nylon) strapping I've purchased.

I've discovered some "Cotton" webbing on Amazon is not pure cotton. This is one of those products. It did not pass the flame test, it melted and was resistant to burning. Best case scenario this was woven from 100% cotton and has since been coated in something that melts and, looking at other reviews, refuses to be dyed. I suspect it started as a cotton-synthetic blend.
