TACFUN Draco Ambi Adapter Mount for Sling Strap

This thing is SWEET...I, Like some if the other reviewers drilled it through the Gun...DO NOT ROUGH UP THE GUN SIDE...That will not work. You'll just end up painting it like I did. I filed down the U channel that fits around the trigger to get a better fit at rear of gun.. ALSO. I not only drilled through the holder and gun I also tapped both.. A little lock tight I then ran the 10-32 bolt through the Gun then the plate. Put a double nut on the handle side and BAM.. no way it will come loose.. I also painted the bolt head black so it blends into the Gun on the inside... FYI. Put the plate and handle onto gun [make sure it is flush and that the U channel is not perched up on trigger assemly]. Look at where your handle is and exactly where the bolt will fit into handle depressions... use drill lube and smallest bit to start. LET THE DRILL DO THE WORK or you'll snap your bit. Then step it up until you have the correct bit that came with your tap..[you can purchase a drill and tap set together for any size bolt].DO NOT GO THROUGH BOTH. Once you get the Gun part done the plate will have a mark from where you went through the Gun. Take the plate off and finish hole then tap plate. Now tap gun using drill lube for both. Before you start to drill use a punch inside the Gun or your bit will travel all over, a punch puts a dent into the steel and your drill will set into it.Put a sling on it and there you go.. you can tac slip it on or just one shoulder it. No need for a holster. Love it!

4 stars because it was unclear if it would fit my zastava pap m92 - which it did after some work. I had to make the slot continious by cutting through the strip between the 2 existing slots, and by extending the resulting single slot to a total 50 mm from end to end. I did this with a 1/2" drill bit and a reciprocating saw; and finishing with a hand file. Though a bit sloppy, it took me only about 20-30 minutes. Fortunately the sloppy cuts were hidden under the grip when assembled. The width of the existing slots were an exact fit, and so was the plate thickness - the original bolt was used to re-secure the grip without any problems. Not bad for the price!

For a sling mount it is great. Went on with no problem, a couple of minutes and done. The finish left a lot to be desired. It looked like it was in the bottom of a box of gravel that was in the trunk of a 1959 Biscayne that was driven down the railroad track for a couple of miles. That being said, it didn't affect the function at all. I did wind up taking it back off and adjusting the angle up a couple of degrees, but that was just a personal preference. If you need a sling mount for your Draco, this is it.

Great product very strong see no issue with it and would bet it would hold up with no issue. Only reason i gave a 3 star was because with a brace you have to install upside down and this does not allow a good hold on the grip.

This product is great. Fit nicely between the grip and gun, was thin enough to not be too thick and is thick enough to be sturdy.

Very well made product but not exactly what I was looking for, never the less still good product for the money will possibly use in the future.
