Defective product bad customer service!
I bought this for my son for Christmas and the first time we used the tortillas press it snapped in half. It’s understandable sometimes cast iron can be brittle if not made properly. I contacted the company and they responded right away. They asked for a photo and order number. I provided that right away. Then nothing! I followed up several times and no responce!It’s too bad it looks like they have other products I would order. Not going to take a chance on them now.

Vary heavy.
If you are a die hard, make your own tortillas and don’t care that it’s heavy. This is a great product. I had to return mine because it was just too heavy for me.

Excellent quality and value.
Very sturdy and seasoned cast iron. You can make various thicknesses of wraps/tortillas simply by how much pressure you place on the handle. To overcome the unevenness, rotate the wrap 180 degrees and gently press a second time.Very useful and the pan is definitely a bonus!
