I love everything about the ingredients, how I feel, everything the company is doing I just hate the taste lol! I try to mask it in smoothies because the benefits are worth it!

This is my second purchase of this brand powder. Before I started using ashwagandha, my shower floor would have strands and pieces of breakage all over the place. My arms and back would be covered with hair that had shed during a wash. Not any more!!! I mixed this powder in my first hair mask last year and saw a complete change the FIRST time I used it! A friend of mine lost some of her hair due to a medication. I told her about this powder and she noticed a difference too. I would recommend for hair masks for sure.

I make my own capsules using this powder and I absolutely love it. It has helped me in so many ways. Ashwagandha is great and this product is safe and pure.

I use this product in my smoothies. As such, it tastes fine but I wouldn't consume it directly without other flavorings. Perhaps this review is a bit early, since I have not yet felt any benefits or effects, but it has not caused any problems. I assume that if any Ashwagandha Root Powder works for you then this would do the trick.

The package that Ashwagandha Root Powder comes in provides health benefits when ingesting the powder as well as how to use it on your skin and for your hair. I tried to use the powder in my coffee but the taste was so bad that I couldn't drink it. Then I tried it on my hair. It works wonderfully. I have noticed that there isn't as much breakage of my hair and I'm not loosing as much in the shower. If it does this for my hair I can't wait to see what it will do for my skin! This is a great product for under $10.00. It's so worth it!
