Excellent product, all natural, does not necessary has the best flavor nor texture in my mouth, but when a person like me has suffered chronic constipation since child age, this was my life saver. I take two scoops with warm water every night, before bedtime and every morning I go potty and cleanse my colon without any stomach pain, no diarrhea, no discomfort at all. I helps me go three times a day without having to rush to the bathroom at all. No traumas in the intestinal area at all. Also, it has helped me maintain a healthy wait and also a great help with my diabetic and anti inflammatory diet. I highly recommend it. Also, if you do not like the flavor or texture in your mouth, you could mix it wit a fruit juice to help you with drinking it.

I use this in my morning smoothie every meal I have in my morning smoothie. Completely processes every meal I have after the smoothie. This is the only product that works for me. It sweeps the colon without pain, gas or discomfort. Tastes mild with a hint of pineapple. Very pleasant. Highly recommend. It doesn't throw off your flora either it's not habit-forming because it's natural.
