Bought these as I need them for work and my previous brands I bought only lasted a year so decided to buy a better quality one. Compared with my previous brands these earmuffs consume the batteries at an alarming rate!! The other brand would last 6 weeks with the radio on for 4 hours a day whereas Im replacing them every other 10 days. Have tried to contact the makers for advice but they have failed to respond to me. So much for German engineering! Sadly disappointed
