Please post the right sizes and measurements so others might get a size they can use
I was excited to get my an exciting hat for our baby first holiday to the beach. Other reviews listed the item as fitting small so we bought the size up. When it arrived it was very small. It is very cheap. We found better quaility baby hats at Toys R us. This was disappointing and a waste of money.

Cute but doesn't go in dryer....
No english washing instructions so it shrunk.... Baby did't even get to wear it!

Ordered one size up ... still too small
Based on reviews I ordered one size up. I bought the 2-3 year old size for my 16 months old who is small for his age ... and the hat was too small for his head. I would recommend not ordering this item till they state they have corrected their sizes.
