Can't say much about the durability, but so far its been fine. Its made of metal, and seems really well sealed.If there are any weak points to this thing, it might be in the track the lens travels on, and how waterproof it may be. I don't plan on throwing this thing into a pool, or hammering on it anytime soon, but I will update this review as to how it breaks if it ever does.Purchased this to mount in a 1.00 inch scope ring to then mount to a rifle. The smallest diameter dimension on this thing is 1.03 inches, so it DOES work for my setup, but not completely. And because it works, and because I can mount it what I needed it mounted to, I can't take any stars away from the rating.Its bright as can be, and the variable focus lens is really helpful for lighting up things decently far down range. At least 75 yards. Some might not like having a square waffle-like pattern light coming from the LED chip, but I think its just proof of the age we live in and is just plain cool.I don't see myself using the SOS feature, but who else does until they need it; strobe and the Hi-Lo light settings are the primary reasons why I bought this thing.In a perfect world, this light would have a sliding switch to determine what light mode I want, but that sort of thing is out of date and hard to make durable and cheap. For what this light does, the cost, and what I can do with it, it works. And for that, I love it.

I did a little research on Tactical flashlights, I wanted something bright enough to walk the dog and not get hit by cars. I wanted something that would be rechargeable. I wanted it to have a memory so that I wouldn't have to cycle through modes. There are so many tactical flashlights that it was very hard to figure out what to buy. I didn't want to break the bank with $80-$120 flashlight so I went with this and I'm glad I did. I picked the bundle that includes the charger, 2 batteries and 1 flashlight, then I added on 1 flashlight and 1 set of batteries so that I could keep on near the dog walking shelf and on near the safe. This flashlight is bright, I only use it sparingly during our morning and evening walks so I can't say how long the battery lasts but off and on use the battery has held a charge for over a week now.

Got these for both songs and son in law. It turns out my sons other one was burning out and he needed a new one. He was also excited I got the same brand cuz they last years!

It does have a bright light but I don't believe it can reach out 700 feet.

My husband loves this flashlight. Super bright and perfect for the glove box! Have had to use multiple times since xmas.

I love it! Very bright light, 5 modes (High, Med, Low, SOS morse code, strobe (designed to temporarily blind an assailant)), Memory mode (press on/off button in tail quickly- advance to next setting, press it slowly - hold 5 seconds - and it will give you the last setting used), small size. Bought battery charger, rechargeable lithium battery and holster (for TK-120) separately. Lithium battery works much brighter and longer than 3 AAA's alkaline batteries, but it is as expensive as the flashlight itself. So factor this into your price before buying. But all in all I would buy it again - I got three more I used for for Christmas presents - with lithium re-chargeable batteries!!!
