Perfect Fit for Genie PCG400
Opener wouldn’t work and made a shuddering noise and wouldn’t open the door. Center of the gear was cracked and broken. This part was an exact match. Pretty easy to swap out. 20 minutes and back up and running. Be sure to put the gear in with the nubs facing up.

Worked. Cheap fix
Fixed my door. Just take your time taking everything apart so you dont drop any washers or screws. I recommend unplugging the opener while you do this. On my unit the exposed circuit board is right there. I bumped something the first time before I unplugged it and a nice spark popped off. Easy cheap fix.
