These are a good size for swallowing and good value for money. I think they are helping my mood swings an cycles so will continue to take. I do feel more energetic so pleased with them so far.

Started taking with an iodine tablet after researching as I was at my wit's end with agonising breast pain and lumps for a week before my period starts. I saw results from the first month and now 6 ish months in I've just had a cycle with no pain AT ALL. This is a genuine review (from someone who was previously very sceptical about supplements) in the hope that it helps someone else in a similar situation. I take it until my period starts and then have 5-7 days break from taking it. It's honestly made such a difference to my life.

I usually don’t write reviews but felt compelled to share my positive experience.I’ve started to take the Agnus Castus capsules for about a month now, 1x everyday.My reason for purchasing them in the first place was my bad PMS. Usually 7-10 days before my period would start, I’d get extremely moody, emotional, angry, got headaches, swollen breasts, etc. (my ladies out there, you know! :[ )My period just started. This menstrual cycle is different since taking Agnus Castus. My breasts didn’t hurt or swell up as they usually would. My emotions were moderate in comparison to previous cycles. Overall I feel a lot better than usual.I’ve done a lot of research before and after purchasing these capsules and can honestly say;they’re AMAZING and real great value for money!Will continue taking them.

I did some research and found that these are reportedly good to ease PMT symptoms and help regulate your monthly cycle. I had been on the depo contraceptive injection for about a year and have come off to bring my cycles back. After the first month of taking these, my cycle has returned! I hardly had any discomfort so think they've helped with pain too. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

So I have tried Angus castus previously and it worked so well. I bought these thinking they were value for money and a higher dose than what I was previously taking. I take it for pms and this product has almost reversed all the symptoms after 2 months and feeling worse than ever. I don’t recommend this product

I use this to relieve hot flushes and to ease other symptoms and it helps enormously I have had a major reduction in my symptoms
