We had issues with the tumbler pully not working. I contacted the company and after 3 tumblers which they sent me not working I finally got one that works great. It was a issue beyond there control. Instead of posting bad reviews just call the company and they will make it right. Noise level is low and easy to use.

I had this product 6 days, used it 4 of those days and returned it today. It was noisy and made a loud noise that originated from the motor. The belt is not quality in any way and I am unhappy that it broke a belt in 4 days. I weighed the barrels before and after they were loaded for use and there was 5lbs 15 ounces combined weight in the two barrels. If I were to have loaded it with less weight it may have worked without failure. I had to make some adjustments and when turning on the switch it did require a slight nudge to get the barrels turning. The tumbler is way dirtier than the other brand I have and made a lot of mess due to wear of mechanisms i.e., bearings, drive motor and belt. I'm not happy with it unfortunately and returned the product today. Maybe this was a one off and is the "worst tumbler" they have put out. In spite of being cheap I am apprehensive to try it again. I hate doing a bad review but there is little I can say that is good about this product.

I was so excited to get this rock tumbler for Christmas. I sat down to put it to use and loaded it with stones, grit, and water. Sadly, water started leaking from the side of one barrel immediately. Upon closer examination there is a large crack in the side of one of the barrels so it can not be used at all. I have to return it. I hope the full refund goes through.

Very disappointing. Loud, and also got very hot so I wasn't at all comfortable leaving it running so I kept checking on it. Broke a belt after only 3 days. Much better options out there so save your money and don't but this!

After the reviews I was very hesitant to purchase this one. I have been pleasantly surprised. It is not nearly as noisy as I remember from the one I had as a kid. The directions are easy to follow (my 14 and 12 year olds are taking care of this more than I am). Only negative thing I have to say is no oil was provided with the kit, so I had to run out and get some before we could use it.

The media could not be loaded. Love it! Awesome, works great & I am impressed so far! Took a little bit of adjustments here & there with a screwdriver, can’t even hear it in the other room. I would recommend this product.

Bought 2 tumblers. Had a minor issue with one. Customer service was absolutely the best. Problem resolved, back to tumbling. Strongly recommend this product and seller.

The barrels are large which is nice but it is noisy. As it moves back and forth it touches the end and squeaks very loudly, and it leaves a lot of black dust behind from the tabs on each end. I haven't had it very long and it has already stopped working. The motor gets quite warm. I thought paying a lot more for a rock tumbler would be worth it, unfortunately this is not the case. I am very sad.
