I like this better than the more expensive ones out there. I had purchased some silicone ones which didn't work as well as I thought it would. This mat works well and I plan to buy another one.

Order came quickly and in time for an online sushi making session. It would be a bit tricky to clean it, but I learned to put it into a large zip lock bag and it worked perfectly and no fuss to clean up.

It is the same sushi mat that you see in the restaurants. Sushi rolling is not easy but these make it better. I cover mine with saran wrap as seen in the video as it helps the rice not stick when rolling susho with the rice on the outside.
