Love it
I’m a nurse working nights so I take my food in it. I’ve even bought two more for two of my colleagues. Love that it fits quite a lot in it plus having the cutlery is an added bonus

Love my bag it’s fantastic. Wish I had bought a different colour as the grey looks grubby but that’s my fault. Other than that I love it

Does the job but looks dirty
I think it does keep my food cool, it's nice and spacious and the cutlery is good quality.However it looks dirty almost immediately, with water stains not quite washing out. This looks unhygienic for a bag that will contain food and frankly I've been embarrassed to take it into work from the second week I got it.A minor thing I would have preferred is if the cutlery had just a bit of design on it to differentiate it from all the other plain forks and spoons at work, it looks like I'm stealing the staff room cutlery when I pack it back into my bag.
