I love mate cocido, I can say it’s the most delicious tea I’ve ever tasted! And also it has a lot of good benefits for you.

Tea bags are way more convenient than loose leaves.

I used to drink two large cups of coffee before work and I would be shaking like an alcoholic that needs a drink. I have been told to go take a drink. I would tell them I drink two big cups of coffee before work and I'm not an alcoholic. I drink two large cups of yerba mate before work and I am awake without jitters and I can think clearly.

I relocated and couldn't find it anymore near by. I found it on Amazon, but it' a bit pricier than where I would get it. I love Mate tea.

I wish I had scrolled down and seen the review about the individual tea bags not being sealed. There's no returns so I guess I'm out the money but if you need individual sealed tea bags look elsewhere. I can't comment on the quality of the tea because I am reluctant to drink it like this.

I love the taste. Similar to green tea, full of benefits! (Surprisingly it helps suppress hunger just like my mom said) can add sugar and/or milk to taste or plain. Love it.
