I have used and loved Kerastase for over a decade. This is the second bottle I have purchased from this buyer. The first bottle was great. This second bottle was not great. The shampoo is normally pearlescent , ivory colored and creamy. This time, the same shampoo was CLEAR but it smelled normal. After washing with it, I conditioned with Kerastase as well. I could not get my comb through my hair (it’s platinum blonde) and that has never happened before I’m disappointed and may just have to return it and buy the shampoo locally.

This is not the real Kerastase product, has a weird chemical smell like a cheap dollar store shampoo. Someone somewhere is making a killing off of this and either using fake bottles or replacing the shampoo in the real bottle with something else.

This product was a scam! Both the conditioner and shampoo smell like some weird lotion chemical. This is not real product!

This one is the “Satin” line and it does not leave your hair like satin lol They have another line the same color of bottle so i bought this one as a mistake and it’s much better at leaving hair soft and replenished. Gave it an expensive try I guess.
