Discontinued
The connect.smarthome.com website has an expired security certificate. A call to tech support revealed that this product was discontinued and is no longer supported!

Did not work
I couldn't make it work - I could lock and unlock doors directly from the controller both at the outlet and from the router, and internet tool confirmed it, but wouldn't open or close the door from the computer. The problem existed with the communication between the Internet tool/server and our router.
