This came well packaged and I was looking forward to using the adapters. The chart that comes with the adapters to inform you of which pen fits which adapter is not accurate so I ignored that and using trial and error I found the yellow (SUFP) works with the Sharpie fine point; Bic Uniball (fine point), and Gelly Roll pens. The Purple adapter (SFP) works with the fine end of a Dovecraft Brush Marker (this is the hard end). All my other pens do not work with the adapters, so this is an expensive purchase, but will save me money on pens in the long run. I did find one of my brush tipped pens worked with the sage green adapter, but be warned as the nib on the pen ended up damaged, so I won’t be using brush pens with the adapters. I did not try my copic pens for that reason. Another point to note is that the pen needs to drop far enough down the adapter to ensure the nib makes contact with the surface of the paper, I found several times that pens fitted the adapter but did not write on the paper for that reason. The best way to determine how low the pen needs to be is to find a pen that works in an adapter, then leaving that pen in its adapter compare it to the adapter and pen you are trying to use by laying them side by side ( hope that makes sense!). Overall a useful, but expensive purchase.

I purchased this pen adapter set to use in my Cricut maker. There are several pen adapters included within this set, and they are secured in a handy foam base. Sharpies work great in these adapters, along with Bic pens, however I use a lot of gel pens and i could not get any of these to fit. However i found that if i wrap insulation tape around the pen i can normally find an adapter that can be adapted to fit. I use a sharpie adapter to measure the distance the gel pen should be set at each time.Overall they are pretty good to be honest, although i think many of the adapters are tailored towards the USA market rather than the British. Notwithstanding this, they are handy to have in my collection.

These are useful and seems to work well. At least so far, so good. It's great that you get to use other pens with your Cricut Maker, but for what they are they're very overpriced. They have also really missed a trick by not including a decent chart showing you which are which, so I had to make my own which I intend to colour code at some point.

I broke my original Cricut tool adapter. As I use various pens, I needed something that could offer more than just one or two sized adapters.In the instructions it states Cricut pens & tools should use adapter M. You will notice the colours don't match. You need to use adapter L (correct colour) to ensure your Cricut pens & tools touch the material you are using. Hence the one star for accuracy.Overall very pleased with this item. And have recommended to others already.

Small leaflet comes in the box that has the instructions and has a key to explain what pens the letters on the adapters represent.Worked well with my cricut explore air 2. Quickly tested a few of them (as arrived today), so far so good and even managed to get a different pen to fit in to one of the adapters.They feel like good quality - would highly recommend the purchase!Personally, I would have preferred being able to just purchase a set that has one of each type, but I guess it is helpful to have spares. This does now mean that I can use a huge variety of pens that I already have, compared to not even being able to buy 2 packs of 5 cricut pens for the same price
