High quality item, now I don't have to cut factory installed connector to pass the cable through, one of the factory drilled and slit rubber grommets will fit my need perfectly, one solid grommet is provided for custom application.I wish I found this before ordering traditional unit that requires cutting cable and reinstalling connector but at least I didn't cut the cable yet.

These passthroughs do the job, and do them well. My vehicle engineer used these to run lightbar and solar panel cabling through the roof of my Suburban. It makes for a tight, professional looking passthrough, with good retention and construction. Recommended.

I used this on my jeep. It's a great way to pass a wire for Aux lights or, in my case, a backup camera, without having to remove the connector. This model is just a bit too small for a PL-259 so you will want to go the next size up.

System works great however, the machine screws that came in the package are two small of a diameter for the nuts that are in the plastic base so I had to go to Home Depot and buy the right screw size to match the nuts. Sade from someone owing me $3.00 for stainless steel machine screws, the item installs easy and works well.
