Good Natural source for calcium
I learned about coral calcium years ago when I had pre cancer cells, read about coral calcium and any natural product before you buy. A must have and hard to find in stores so I will continue to buy. This is a good product and good price.

I like having 600 mg as opposed to 1000. 1000 is too strong. A small capsule is great.

If you have to take calcium this one isn't bad. My brother (for whom I got these for) says they are easy for him to swallow and don't leave an icky aftertaste. So, if I ever have to take calcium I will definitely try these out first.
