Not the Quality I Expected
I bought this as a gift for my assistant coach, who will have a team of her own this season. I wanted to surprise her by having it all set up for her first practice as a head coach, but when I pulled it out of the box, one of the poles were bent and I wasn’t able to attach the hammock to the stand. I was able to bend the pole back with a wrench, but ended up scratching the heck out of the metal. I wasn’t expecting a damaged product from such a reputable brand.

Squeaky wheels
I was very disappointed to get something that is BRAND new and it has such squeaky wheels. It sounds TERRIBLE. It should not already be doing this when I just pulled this out of the box. Probably returning it.

Good product and really useful coaching equipment
Really easy to put together. Helps keep about 15 volleyballs in a spot where the players and coaches can return and use for drills.

The wheels are a bit squeaky which I can ignore. It is also a bit of a hassle to assemble it on your own. Use the buddy system.

Sturdy cart with room for plenty of balls
Sturdy cart with room for plenty of balls, cloth ball basket portion is sturdy and durable. Wheels are a little squeaky/wobbly, but I am guessing a good spray with WD-40 will fix. Overall very happy with the cart. My only complaint is: the ball basket portion has to be removed before cart will fit in bag, i.e., can't just fold and go you must remove and reattach basket each time, which isn't difficult just annoying. Would definitely buy again and recommend product to others.

I want to return it but no luck. Don't buy it.
The bag already ripped and the wheels are not smoothly at all. I should had replaced since day one that I started using it but I was thinking that it will get smoother by using it. I will never buy it again. This Tachikara is not good at all.

Not as good as older product
Wheels squeak and this item feels flimsy... it their best product... definitely not as impressed as the older versions...Review update...The bag is junk, the strap has ripped off the bag in two spots... don’t waste your money on this product
