Amazing support
Very very comfortable chair. Has a significant amount of lumbar support and the headrest is at the perfect height for me (5'7"). The headrest will definitely be too low for someone 6' or over. Assembly was straightforward but I had a heck of a time getting the armrests attached.

Lasted just under two years and then the back broke
Bought this for my husband's computer room. The headrest broke off about a year in, leaving jagged plastic. Today the back of the chair broke so it's going in the trash. The chair padding was flat after a few months and the material on the arms was flaking off. My husband is 6'1 and under 200 lbs so it wasn't taking much of a beating. It did swivel well enough for my kids to have rides on it and the mesh held up well and was very cooling.

This chair is very nice for the price
This chair is very nice. I like the look, and I like the feel. It has customizable seat settings but has fixed armrests and headrests. Overall an excellent value, I've only used it for a month but it seems to be of decent quality. I did have to squeeze one of the arm rests pretty good when I was attaching it to the seat, easy enough with a second set of hands but a less savy person probably would have trouble- the parts weren't formed properly.

Received the chair had minor issue with a bolt that stripped a little. I contact them via email, they sent me replacement bolts super fast. Great Chair, very comfortable. Great product
