Didn't fit older Ottoflex
I can't speak to how well this works, because it is just a bit too big for my Otto flex shaft. Unfortunately I have to return it.

Works great
This handpiece fit my Chicago Electric flex-shaft perfect with no modifications. Saves my hands!

My flex shaft did not fit in the opening of the handpiece
Did not fit my flex shaft so I reallycan't rate its performance.

Rusty inside. Works though.
The threads are a little rough and they put a lubricant inside but the lubricant only seemed to rust it out. It hammers like I wanted it to. It accepts Foredom tips like I was hoping it would. I would pay the extra and get a Foredom next time as I don't like the rust. I also don't like how rough the threads are. It did not come with the pin that goes in the hole of the bit to tighten the bit easily.

Needs modifying to fit Foredom Flex Shaft
The handpiece seems to be of good quality and looks very nice but the flex shaft bore is cut right to size of the shaft therefor it does not assemble. I removed the detent ball and bored the ID to .400" which allowed the shaft to slide in nicely but the ball detent was sitting a little proud so the engagement ramp would not depress it. I re-bored the ID of the handpiece to .402" which was enough to work although very tight. It now functions well but does not assemble as smoothly as the Foredom handpieces. If your willing to do some machining the price is probably worth it.

Passable, not the best, not the worst!
There are others on the market that look just like it, for less than half the money, but there performance is less than half as acceptable too. This one is half as much as the Foredom original, but so far, the performance seems to be on par with it. If I were still making my living as a jeweler, I think I’d spend the extra money to get a Foredom, but I’m retired and I suspect this one will probably last as long as long as I will, maybe longer!
