Lower-priced products often fall short; this did not. I got what I expected for a nice price.

I made a firewood rack. Ordered a whole bunch of parts from HomeTZH to put the rack together. Items packaged well. Good quality. Great for shelving or in my case a firewood rack. Used rebar for the arches to give it a rustic/industrial look and feel. Cant wait till it starts to rust. This stuff is not plumbing quality. Overall great product for my project.

Thinner and smaller than plumbing fittings and the threads don’t seem to be tapered . . . They do not tighten on pipe until running up onto the end of the threads on the pipe. Some threads were misaligned resulting in pipes attached either not being 90° or straight with adjoining pipe.

Economic fitting that's great for Steampunk projects.

These puppies are great for furniture but there is something to know which will help explain some of the bad reviews. Pipe threads are tapered. The threads on pipe are short but the fitting threads are long. It's very easy to cross thread making a joint not straight. But if you thread them carefully they are perfectly straight. Also because the threads are short sometimes things point the wrong way. No problem of you have a welder to tack them or some simple JB weld or liquid metal in the threads. It's then stronger and will last forever. Quality is good. Again not regular pipe. But costs way less for better looking furniture.

Build a fire wood rack using 1" plumbing pipe, and elbows.

All 4 of the pieces arrived rusty. I'm trying to use these to furnish my house, how am I supposed to use rusty fittings? I'll have to try to clean them up first and hope it doesn't take away from the look of the cast iron.

Bought these to use a legs for a live edge table. These fit perfectly and look exactly as photographed in the description. Worth the priced valued. Highly recommend. I'm very happy with my purchase.
