I've been researching micro-needling for months now and finally feel confident enough to begin. I chose this Dr. Pen A6S micro-needling pen because of the positive reviews I've read & videos I've watched. The pen, which I purchased here on Amazon, came quickly, and now so have my packages of nano needles and these 11 needle bayonets. So far, I'm really happy.For those who are considering micro-needling, I've been watching all sorts of videos, but I really love PENN SMITH's the most. With her videos, I finally feel confident enough to pursue this endeavor, (I mean really, who is anxious to jump in and start sticking pins in their face), but with this product (so far), combined with her videos, this procedure is far less frightening.

i have yet to really inspect the needles with a magnifier, but i did use one, didn't notice damage to my skin, and it fit my A6S and i used it for about 20 minutes and then discarded. it is likely i will reorder through this seller.

Cartridges are great. Easy to use. I’ve had great results with microneedling using these cartridges. Shipping was fast. No complaints. Happy customer.
