The first suit I purchased came without the top. Amazon said they would rush out another one at their cost and they did. The second suit came in tact. This is why I took off one star.....but other than that, the suit is AWESOME. It is very thick, seems to be well made, and has held up well. I am 5' 7" and weigh apprx 222, and I purchased the XXL. It fits ok. The top fits well, but the bottoms are a little too long. This is not a big deal, so I am fine with that. I also got the pink, which is pretty. I have bought the cheapo ones from Wal Mart and these do NOT compare.....THESE ARE WAAAAAY SUPERIOR!. Overall I am very please with these, so I highly recommend. Just make sure the suit comes with BOTH the top and the bottoms.

Listen, if you want to lose water weight, do about 45 minutes of cardio with this suit on. You will sweat like a hooker in church. The pants of this suit are a little long on me. When I wear the pants I look alittle clownish. So I don't wear them. I have used the top almost every day since I bought it. A good 45 minute cardio workout with only the top will help me shead a good pound of water. I weigh myself each day when I wake up and again after my workout. I would also think this would help keep you warm on winter walks, etc. I've lost 36 pounds since I started my diet in July. It's true that when you drink water you will gain that water weight back, but this suit helps keep me motivated, and I feel good after I've sweated out the previous day's toxins.

I can't say enough about this SWEAT suit. It is the absolute truth. If you want to sweat- you most definitely will! A few of the reviews made me skeptical because they mentioned tearing. Unless you're heavy weight boxing match I can't see how it rips. The quality is A+. Very thick, a comfortable but rubbery inner shell and kind of vinyl on the outside. I ordered a XXL because someone mentioned to order up two sizes. I should have ordered a L or XL ( needed for cycling). So the XXL was really big. I'm 5'5 and 164. I put it on just to cook and clean around the house and after 3 hours I was literally soaked! I wore a wife beater underneath and it absorbed all the sweat so there wasn't much discomfort in beads of sweat running down my back. The neckline and ankles has elastic which was great for heat retention. The wrists has an adjustable velco strap which I like a lot. The only thing I could say wrong was the crotch area is short. ( Like men pants are cut) But I am BOOTYLICIOUS so that was probably why. I recommend buying this to anyone who wishes to lose a few pounds or just want to sweat. I'll do an update after a few weeks to see how it holds up.

An excellent suit for the money. Quality item that seems to be made to last for some time. Suit looks sporty and attractive when worn. Definitely makes you sweat especially in outdoor warm humid conditions. I wear it to add intensity to my workouts and NOT for weight loss. It is said that a suit as such has detox advantages,...I'll take it. Hydration, meaning WATER, is very important prior to, during, and after wearing the suit. Has been suitable for my runs on mountain trails and outdoor cycling. No tears or rips at all after several uses. Material is just the right weight of rubberized nylon. Stripes are nylon also and sewn on for durability. Nylon on the outside is noisy so you will be heard with each move you make especially in aerobics class. That's just part of wearing such a suit. Neckline is a bit snug getting over the head but it can be accomplished with a little patients. Adjustable wrist closure are awesome at sealing in the heat. Waist elastic is good and tight also. Has room to move throughout, but it is sometimes advisable to order the next size up so that you are not restricted in movements in any way. When wearing mine outdoors when it is warm I wear it directly on the skin with only gym shorts underneath. The sweat just pours out of me. When finished with my workout I peel it off inside out and submerge in a wash basin with a dash of liquid laundry detergent. Lift up and down a few times and then use rinse water. Hang to drip dry. I bought this for my husband recently. (He was a former trash bag user.) He absolutely loves everything about the RAD suit. He cannot believe how much sweat he produced by wearing it during his household chores. (Yard work) The size was perfect. After reading that they run small, I went up two sizes. He is 6’1 and about 275lbs normally wears a 2x I purchased a 4x for him. First thing he said was that he liked that it didn’t look like a plastic sweatsuit, and it fit him well! I was a little worried about the pants after reading other reviews. The 4x fit him just right, the length was good and they’re roomy. The stitching and quality of the heavy duty material are excellent. The suit was worth every penny!

I was looking for a sauna suit and i considered the prices, the quality and how long it would take to be ship to my house,. and i am so glad i pick this one out than the cheaper one's, I was looking to buy one for my husband that he use to go to the sauna and sweat a lot, but since he cancelled his membership we decided to buy one, and this suana suit have exceeded my expectation, my hubby sweat like a pig, for an hour he was walking in our treadmill his sweats are dripping down and as him an i pulling this clothing out of him there was tons of water coming out, the next day it was still wet, i have learn my lesson its best to hang it dry than leaving it dump,.. Lol it was funny,.. The suit is not totally perfect because my hubby is not that tall for the length of the pants his 5'5" tall and is 170lbs the tops fits well, the pants is just baggy and hanging on him that he has to fold the waistline so were thinking of buying a suspenders to hold it,.. Other than that it works well, the material don't just easily breaks it is durable and reliable, it's makes sounds as my hubby walks but so is his footsteps so it is a washout,.. It don't bother him, he absolutely said his comfortable wearing it, and he loves this sauna suit, Definitely recommend this product to all, Best quality i would rather you buy this than the cheap ones,..
