Did this ever get figured out? It still says it cannot ship to California?

Q: Why isn't this product sealed? It should be.

I can't remember whether mine was sealed, but the scrub is an excellent product.

Q: Can you use this in the shower or must it be used after shower like those other sloughing scrubs that I dislike?

I don't use the scrub, just the foot cream. It is soothing and refreshing, especially on tired feet.
