I have the worst luck with fresh cut basil. Has anyone used it for basil?

No you cannot keep fresh basil in the refrigerator. You could keep it in a vase or glass on the counter. Basil leaves, rinsed & spun dry, do freeze well.

What are the dimensions of the Fresh Herb Keeper, and will it keep parsley fresh as well?

I don't know the dimensions of the fresh herbs however I do know it keep my parsley fresh

Replacement pads available?

I was able to buy replacement pads. However I’m still using the originals going on two years now.
