I do yoga and pilates and this mat has been a godsend!I have had it for approximately two years now and I absolutely love it! Excellent durability and comfort. The dense cushioning helps to prevent painful joints. I was also advised to buy one with alignment lines and I am glad I did as it’s been very helpful with helping me place my hands and feet evenly. I love the fact that it’s non slip too.I would highly recommend the Gadel yoga mat to anyone of any age that wants a more comfortable workout. It’s a complete game changer!

I received this yoga mat for my birthday and thought it was a little to large. Well it has turned out to be the best yoga mat I have ever used and now my wife has one. I used to have to use a cushion under my knee when doin certain exercises. Which this mat is extremely soft so no need . Also it has marks and lines which allows you to stand in the correct position. It’s still early days so not sure about durability but so far so good

Right, I am actually excited to write a review on this yoga mat because I am so pleased with it!! I have had my Gadel mat for about two months now and the quality is fantastic!Both me and my daughter use it regularly. My daughter uses it for her Jo Wicks classes and she loves it! She says she loves how it grips to the floor and the alignment lines are very helpful for her too!Myself, I use it for Yoga and Pilates and I find it gives me such comfort! I can really feel the difference especially on my head when I do my headstand pose but my elbows, hips and knees are so much more protected too. The cushioning is completely different to my previous nbr mat which was thick as well, but just too soft and squishy and very slippery!Now, with my Gadel mat, I don’t have to worry about slipping at all because the grip is really good as well! I have solid support and a great grip every time I work out, even when I sweat and it cushions my whole body perfectly and gives me the extra width I need for my headstand!The free yoga strap really beneficial too! So far I have just used the mat at home but I will be taking my mat to my gym hopefully soon so I was really happy when a friend of mine showed me how the yoga strap can double up as a carry strap too! I’ve tried it a few times now and it actually works really well and it's so easy to do! I just loop it and fasten it on one side, then loop it and tie a knot on the other side.I have attached some photos so you can see. Saved me from having to buy a carry strap anyway!So overall, If you are thinking about buying it, I would highly recommend it!! It a superb quality exercise mat well worth the price and for me and my daughter, it’s been fantastic!! You can really feel the difference!!5 stars for sure!!!!

My personal trainer recently purchased the Gadel mat here on Amazon and couldn’t stop talking about how good it was... well now I know what he was talking about and why he was so excited...These mats really are the best fitness mats I have ever tried! I absolutely love them! Me and my partner got one each and we are both blown away with the comfort and quality!I would say best thing about them is the extra thickness! The cushioning is superb! It has made our training sessions so much more enjoyable because I am not complaining every time I have to go on my knees and elbows. I used to be so uncomfortable before, and I used to have to stop my flow to fold my mat over.. Well not any more!And best of all, the mats are not sliding around. We actually had thicker mats before, but they were NBR mats and we both found the NBR mats slippery, and not offering much support for our joints.This TPE mat is is completely different quality. It’s dense and firm but with the best cushioning!Another plus for me is the extra width! It is so nice to have that extra space when changing positions.The alignment lines are beautiful too! I find them very helpful when I’m on all fours, as I can quickly check that my hands and knees are parallel.We got yoga straps as well and that has made it a bit easier to relax in our deep stretching positions. The straps also comes in handy after our work outs as we use them to tie around the mats.Overall, we couldn’t be happier!Would highly recommend Gadel mats to everyone! It’s 10 stars from us!!

Great quality, comforting and durable fitness mat!Hi, I don’t normally do reviews but I specialise in sports rehabilitation and this fitness mat has been extremely beneficial for me and many of my clients! I use it almost every day for high intensity workouts, body core/boot camp and rehabilitation exercises and it is the only mat I am using now.I enjoy it for many reasons but here are my top points on this mat:-The cushioning is superb! TPE in this thickness(12mm) is the best I have tried for supporting tender joints.)-It is excellent for weight training, it’s shock absorption dampens the weight when put back on the floor.-The mat has a nice surface pattern that makes it nonslip and my hands and feet have a good grip on the mat during all my exercises.-It is non slip on the floor which makes it perfect for my hiit(high intensity interval training)workouts. I can jump around without the fear of the mat moving.-I can wear trainers without fear of catching or damaging the mat.(a lot of my other mats could not take the impact of my trainers and dumb bells-and would rip little chunks out).-It is extra wide and I can do all my exercises on the mat without feeling restricted.Some might feel the price is too high but to me it is absolutely worth it. The quality is superb and I think it’s worth investing in good quality products, especially when it comes to your fitness and health.I’ve already recommended the Gadel mat to many of my clients, friends and family. It’s 5 stars all the way from me!
