Artway Acrylic T-Square - 80cm – Ideal for Drafting/Technical Drawing/Architecture – Includes Protective Carry Case with Shoulder Strap

This item is good for drawing straight lines and the case it comes in is good. The problem I found was that the ruler markings don't start where the rule meets the block. It's about 2 or 3mm from the block to the "Zero" mark on the ruler. So if you intend to use the ruler for measuring, it will be out by a few millimeters . I got around that problem by simple placing another ruler alongside the arm and took my measurements from that. I'm happy to use it that way, but it would have been nice to use the T square ruler accurately.

Everything was fine with delivery but it was broken when it arrived. I wanted to exchange it but I couldn’t see how so I just sent it back.I was disappointed when it arrived broken because I needed a large ruler and it would have been ideal.

This product has an inaccruate description in that it says (as of 15/9/21) : "Printed measurements (cm/mm) along both edges". I did report this a week ago or so but it has still not been updated. In fact, it only has measurements along one edge, the photo of the product (showing measurements along one edge) is correct.It does not materially affect the product, though and seems to do the job. It is a little more 'bendy' than Iwas expecting, to my mind 'acrylic' is more firm, again this is probably more to do with my perceived idea of what it would be like, rather than any reflection on the product.

Exactly as described, plus a nice cover for the rule. Very few times, I have been so greatly surprised with a product ordered online.

Good for students

It’s a good addition to my studio, seems to be accurate, looks smart in the studio and hangs up in its sleeve, also has a carry case.

Arrived in good time and is ideal for my needs - calligraphy. Would recommend.
