After providing a couple of days for the pillow to "unfold", I had hoped it would eventually puff up and turn into something softer and usable. Unfortunately, its small size and compact design is like laying on a lump. It is still curled up at the ends (it arrives like a rolled up loaf of bread dough) a couple of days later and too flat to get any comfort from. We have had several memory foam style pillows we have used before and they have provided good ( or great sleeping comfort. In particular, we purchased a pillow from Sleep Number- Comfort Fit and it is incredible. We had hoped to find something similar with this MODONE pillow.... it is not even close.

It’s good not too soft but designed was so soFor me I don’t like I recommend for who looking for not too soft but mediums soft
