This is a great, sturdy shoe stretcher. Stretches both length and width.I leave my shoes on it for about 24 to 48 hours and it works great just to give a bit more room for some tighter shoes. Has the bunion thingys too.

I bought a spray to put on the shoes before stretching but this proved ineffective. The trick is to soak the front half of the shoe in water then do the stretching. Stretch the shoes in stages to check the fit, each time overnight. My wife now is wearing 'never worn' shoes and my beloved Church's now fit my spreading feet.The cost of the stretchers worth every penny as now using shoes that had become unwearable.
