It has helped my mental alertness
I have noticed an improvement on my short term memory and overall alertness since I have been taking REAL. I don't feel the increase in energy as much as some other multis but there isn't a fall off of energy either. Very affordable compared to many multivitamins. I will continue to purchase it.

These taste and smell AWFUL!
These taste and smell AWFUL! I can't hardly stomach them and then belching up the taste over and over. Ewww

Caused mood swings
So maybe these work for some people, but they made me very moody, even depressed and caused my face to break out. I didn't know what was going on, but soon realized these vitamins were the only thing I was doing different. A few days after I stopped taking them, everything returned to normal. So, based on my experience I really can't reccomend them.
